Hugo ACE terms

The terms you accept when you activate a Hugo ACE account. They cover how ACE uses your Hugo record, what setting availability does and does not commit you to, and how you control who sees a verification.

1

Using ACE

Hugo ACE is an invite-only talent network. You must activate only your own account, provide accurate information, and keep your password private. Tell the People team promptly if you think somebody else has used your account.

2

Your Hugo record

ACE uses your Hugo employment, learning, assessment and availability records to build your profile and identify work you may qualify for. You can request corrections where the app marks information as coming from Hugo.

3

Work opportunities

Setting availability or expressing interest does not commit you to work. Each job and offer shows its own pay, schedule, location, contract type and engagement terms before you accept it.

4

Sharing and verification

You decide when a third party may see a verification record. Shared records are limited to the information shown on the verification page, and ACE logs verification checks for you.

5

Contact preferences

Contact about paid work is optional and can be switched off in Availability. Hugo may still send essential account, security and service messages needed to operate ACE.
